• Contact us to arrange for any returns. Some parts are non-returnable, please contact us to verify. 
• A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
• There is a 25% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
• Parts under $8.00 are not returnable.
• Orders placed without a provided VIN are not returnable.
• Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
• We cannot take back used parts.
• We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
• Electrical parts are not returnable.
• If the part number label is damaged or missing, returns will not be accepted.
• We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used, or do not meet the above criteria.
• Return requests need to be within 30 days of receipt.
• Normally, it takes 5-10 business days to process returns
• To receive credit for the core charge, the part must be sent back to your supplier in the original box, must be an original OEM part, and no external damage to the housing/part. A refund will be applied after we have received and inspected the core.

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
• If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.

What is the warranty coverage for Original BMW Parts?

All Original BMW Parts are backed by a two-year unlimited mileage limited warranty.

Original BMW Parts are the only parts designed, tested, and manufactured by BMW.

Eligible Genuine OEM BMW Parts will include an extended Limited Lifetime warranty.

WHAT BMW ORGINAL OEM PARTS ARE ELIGIBLE?
To receive lifetime limited parts warranty coverage, the retail consumer must have purchased any of the following eligible replacement BMW Original Parts on or after December 1, 1998:
 
1. Shock Absorbers
2. Strut Assemblies and Inserts
3. Mufflers
4. New and Remanufactured Starters
5. New and Remanufactured Water Pumps
6 New and Remanufactured Alternators
 
The lifetime limited parts warranty is currently restricted to this select group of parts and applies to both BMW cars and BMW SUVs.

WHAT IS THE LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY FOR ELIGIBLE PARTS?
1 to 24 months old (BMW Original Parts Warranty Coverage)

• The listed parts are covered by the BMW Original Parts Warranty for the first 2 years/unlimited miles.

• The replacement of an eligible part is now covered under this program.

• The cost of labor to replace an eligible part is the responsibility of the customer.

The BMW OEM Original Part warranty does not apply to:
• Damage resulting from negligence, improper installation or lack of maintenance, flood, accident, or fire.
• Damages resulting from modifications that alter the original engineering or operating specifications of the vehicle or part.
• Failure due to external influences.
• Requests for warranty coverage by any person other than the original purchaser.
• Parts sold over-the-counter or wholesale and not installed by an authorized BMW center.
• If the vehicle in which the covered part is installed is used in competitive driving or racing.
